
A respected Transformation Leader in the UK and Australia, Bonnie has extensive experience managing digital & innovation teams, and leading large-scale organisational change and transformation initiatives.
Her recent notable efforts have included leadership of the award-winning Digital Transformation of Tate Galleries (UK), and the creation of a comprehensive Transformation Strategy for the National Museum of Australia, which sets out a blueprint for the museum to position it as a global leader in innovation, promoting participation in Australian history and culture via digital.
Prior to this, Bonnie was director of a UK Top 20 experience agency, Precedent, leading a 60 strong team of technology professionals providing transformation strategy, experience design and build for clients such as JP Morgan and the British Heart Foundation.
Bonnie forged her digital career during the transformation of the publishing industry with clients such as Penguin Random House and the Times of London, managing various initiatives which shifted the industry from print to digital content, interactives, subscriptions, paid apps and gaming experiences.
Bonnie does occasional pro bono work for non-profits, providing advice and strategy facilitation.
